Spa Policies

Our Schedule is destined to accomodate your needs. Once you have scheduled with a technician or therapist their time is blocked out to assist you.

Please be on time for all appointments. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice of all services. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the missed appointment. This fee must be paid before you can rebook. If you are 15 minutes or more late then we will not be able to perform your service, and the cancellation fee will be in effect.

Young children are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving service, and cell phones must be on vibrate or turned off. Tranquil cannot process tips on any credit or debit cards. There is a $25 inconvenience fee for any returned checks.

Spa Finder and Spa Wish Gift Certificates:

Tranquil gladly accepts these outside gift certificates. If these gift certificates do not process through the outside companies, then you will be responsible for payment via credit card or cash. They can only be utilized for non-discounted services (no retail items). Certificates cannot be used with packages, monthly specials, and series. They cannot be used during spa parties.
